PURPOSE: A driving circuit of an LCD is provided to prevent vertical DIM phenomenon generated from a boundary between each block by dividing data lines of each block into two or more regions and driving sequentially the divided regions. CONSTITUTION: A driving circuit of an LCD includes a channel(11), a plurality of sampling portions(12), and a plurality of multiplexers(13). The channel includes lines of M number. The sampling portions performs sequentially sampling processes of N number for video signals applied to each line of the channel during one gate pulse in one block including data lines of NxM number. The multiplexers are used for dividing data lines of each block into regions of N number and applying sampled video signals to N regions of each block. The first region is the odd number line of the lines of M number. The second region is the even number line of the lines of M number.
