PURPOSE: Provided is a fermenting tank for a compost material, which mixes the compost material uniformly to form compost having a good quality and does not generate offensive odor. CONSTITUTION: The fermenting tank for a compost material comprises: a cylindrical main body(10) having a material inlet and at least one outlets for discharging the material; a hollow supplying duct penetrating through the horizontal center line of the main body(10) and having a longitudinal flow path; multiple stirring and spraying ducts of which one end is communicated with the flow path and the other end is extended radially to the main body(10) to form an outlet; a supporting member(40) connected to the both ends of the supplying duct at one side and fixed to the bottom at the other side; multiple first and second rollers(50) supported by the lower outer surface of the main body(10), and inserted to a first shaft(51) having a fixed sprocket wheel(71) at one side and to a second shaft at the other side; and a driving motor(70) fixed to the bottom and connected to the sprocket wheel(71) by means of a chain(72).
