PURPOSE: An amplification circuit is provided to control correctly the output common mode voltage and increase the stability by forming a programmable gain amplification circuit. CONSTITUTION: The circuit includes a differential amplification circuit(130), a resistance, and a common mode control circuit(110). The differential amplification circuit(130) receives differential input signals inputted to a differential input terminal, amplifies a difference between the received differential input signals, and outputs differential output signals as a result to plural differential output terminals(23,27). The resistance is connected between the differential output terminals(23,27). The variable impedance is connected between a power supply and differential output terminals(23,27). The common mode control circuit(110) is connected to the differential output terminals(23,27) in order to control each common mode voltage of the differential output terminals(23,27).
