PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of bio ceramic media for removing nitrogen and phosphorus is provided, which can remove nitrogen, phosphorus and organic carbon by more than 95% and also can decompose nonbiodegradable organic matter at high efficiency and can keep stable treatment performance even in changing condition of flow amount and water quality. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises as follows: (i) blend foam shale and loess with an additive: (ii) extrude the mixture; (iii) dry the extrudate; and (iv) calcinate the dried extrudate for producing bio ceramic media, the media being selected from a group consisting of Fe, NaO3, CO2, SiO2 and CaO, 5-10mm in size, 150-200micrometer in thickness and a fluidized bed.
