PURPOSE: A parking lever locking device of a vehicle is provided to prevent the vehicle theft by restricting release of parking or movement in case of opening the door of the vehicle abnormally. CONSTITUTION: A parking lever locking device of a vehicle comprises an upper rod(14) connected to a push button(13); a lower rod(14b) pushing a latch(11); a guider(50) spacing the upper rod from the lower rod and facing each other; a hydraulic cylinder(70) installed at the side of the guider and connected to a hydraulic line(60) of a foot brake system to receive hydraulic pressure in starting an engine; and a connecting member(80) installed in the guider, pushed outward in applying hydraulic pressure to connect the upper rod and the lower rod and pulled inward to disconnect the upper rod from the lower rod in not applying hydraulic pressure.
