The invention relates to a rubber closing slide gate meant for hot or cold water supplying distribution urban networks, for irrigation and supplying other installations for neutral fluids or working fluids having acidic or basic character, compatible with the body, lid and slide protection material. According to the invention, the valve has a slide (3) provided with rubber jacket (5) provided on each facing with a frontal sealing lip (m) and located under a predetermined angle (alpha) relative to the frontal plane of the slide (3) in the upper side, continued in the lateral sides under a predetermined angle (gama), said jacket being completed at its base with a sealing lip (p) having in its central area a sealing pocket (v) said lips being also located under predetermined angles (theta) and a frontal surface (x) overtaking the fluid pressure, said front surface being located under the lip level (m) for frontal sealing and around said lip.
