PURPOSE: A construction method for an underground concrete structure is provided to prevent the permeation of underground water to an underground structure. CONSTITUTION: The construction method for an underground concrete structure comprises the steps of: installing a reinforcement assembly composed of distribution bars(12) installed along a structure and a main reinforcement(11) installed perpendicular to the distribution bars(12); installing a steel grid(30) on an end of each lot(10) of the reinforcement assembly in the same direction to the distribution bars(12); placing primary concrete(13) by lots(10) to make a portion of the steel grid(30) exposed to the outside of the primary concrete(13); after the primary concrete(13) is dried, placing secondary concrete(21) on a joint(20) between a lot(10) and a lot(10) to connect underground concrete structures.
