PURPOSE: Rear wheel trailing arm structure of a vehicle is provided to improve the riding comfort by making a trailing arm have an elastic characteristic in the longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION: Rear wheel trailing arm structure of a vehicle forms a mounting part(100c) at one end to be mounted to an axle and has a bushing(100a) at the other end. A first member(200), mounted to the body of the vehicle, is combined to the bushing and thus the rear wheel trailing arm structure has bending transformation and turning moment functions independent of the external force given to the vehicle wheel and can performs shock-absorbing and buffing actions.
