PURPOSE: A device for keeping compact discs is provided to keep a plurality of compact discs in a single turn table, thereby easily searching a desired compact disc through a sensing part. CONSTITUTION: A device for keeping compact discs includes upper and lower housings(10), and a turn table(20). The lower housing has a display part(50) for detecting positions of compact discs and an opening part(11) for inserting and withdrawing the discs. The turn table is coupled in the lower housing and inserted with a plurality of compact discs. The upper housing has a door to a side wall for preventing the invasion of impurities to the compact discs inserted into the turn table. The compact discs are uprightly standing in the turn table. The lower housing has a rotation position sensing part(17) having a first sensor(171) for counting a rotation angle of the turn table, and a second sensor(172) for sensing the rotation position of the turn table. A withdrawing part of the lower housing withdraws one of the compact disc according to the rotation position sensing of the rotation position sensing part when the door of the upper housing is opened.
