摘要 PURPOSE: A regenerative exhaust gas incinerator is provided to save costs of a product and to efficiently heat and burn up the exhaust gas by regularly keeping the temperature inside a regeneration chamber at a high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A regenerative exhaust gas incinerator consists of plural heat pipes(30) for transferring the heat of a combustion chamber(15) to a lower part of a regeneration chamber(13); and a regeneration member(35) for heating the exhaust gas after accumulating the heat transferred by the heat pipe. While the exhaust gas supplied to the regeneration chamber passes through a gap between the regeneration chamber and the regeneration member, some of organic compounds are firstly burned by the heat accumulated in the regeneration member. Further, the exhaust gas is preheated to be readily burned in the combustion chamber. The sufficiently preheated exhaust gas is heated by a flame of a burner(20) so that a volatile organic compound is burned up. The exhaust gas is reheated by the heat pipe and the regeneration member while passing through the regeneration chamber. In case that the remaining organic compound exists, the exhaust gas perfectly burns up the organic compound. Then, the exhaust gas is discharged to the outside through a distributor(40) and a discharge duct(17).
