PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-feeding part structure of a motor of high reliability which is easily assembled, without incurring rise in cost. SOLUTION: A flange 37 is provided to a bracket 25, in which a brush holder unit 24, is housed. A terminal unit fitting surface 38 is formed outside, in the radial direction, of the joint part between the bracket 25 and a yoke, on the outer peripheral surface of the flange 37. On the terminal unit fitting surface 38, a terminal unit 32 is secured with a bolt 48. An O-ring 46 is interposed between the terminal unit fitting surface 38 and the terminal unit 32. A joint terminal 34, connected to a wire harness 33, is airtightly housed in the terminal unit 32. If the terminal unit 32 is secured to the terminal unit fitting surface 38, the joint terminal 34 is engaged with a power feeding terminal 42, which is provided to the brush holder unit 24 and connected electrically to a brush 23.
