<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer acceptance processing method in which customer service is enhanced at a branch of banking facilities in a financial institution. <P>SOLUTION: A customer who visits the branch selects a slip required for a transaction on the basis of visit purpose information and customer information inputted in an acceptance terminal, basic items such as a name of the customer and a bank account number are printed on the slip and the slip is issued from the acceptance terminal. In addition, an acceptance number ticket is issued by describing introduction of financial products and various kinds of information on it. Furthermore, the customer who visits the branch and selects waiting outside the branch after acceptance processing is informed of a fact that a turn is approaching by transmitting a message by a cellular telephone. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
