PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing circuit capable of performing signal processing correctly and stably as to a signal processing circuit for processing a binarized wobble signal. SOLUTION: The signal processing circuit which has a binary circuit for binarizing an input analog signal in accordance with its level and a chattering eliminating circuit for eliminating a chattering component from the signal binarized by the binary circuit and processes the signal based on the signal whose chattering is eliminated in the chattering eliminating circuit and, in the signal processing circuit is characterized in that the binary circuit is composed of an integration circuit for outputting the average level of the analog signal and a comparator having closed loop constitution and which compares the input analog signal with the average level which is outputted from the integration circuit to output an output corresponding to the compared result and the binary circuit performs binarization including the chattering component included in the input analog signal.
