PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition from which a molded product having excellent dimensional stability, impact resistance, and surface appearance as the molded product is obtained. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition contains components (A) and (B) in such amounts that a ratio of each of the components to both the components is 5-95 wt.% (provided that the total amount of the components is 100 wt.%), wherein the component (A) comprises a specified rubber-reinforced resin and the component (B) comprises a polyester-based resin having a heat history in which its intrinsic viscosity has been decreased to the range of 0.50-0.80 dl/g.
