PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology relating to a fault recovery synchronizing system of an online transaction process for continuously operating that solves a mismatch between a server computer and a client terminal by allowing the server computer and the client terminal to cooperate so as to previously retain a telegram of each other, instead of causing the waiting-type server computer and the client terminal to separately recovers. SOLUTION: As shown in Fig. 1, the fault recovery synchronizing system of the online transaction process according to a first embodiment mainly includes an operation-type server computer 1000 connected to a network communication path 5000, the waiting-type server computer 2000, the a client terminal 3000, and an external storage device 4000 of which data is input or output by the operation-type server computer 1000 or the waiting-type server computer 2000.
