PURPOSE: Provided is an automatic apparatus for forming vinyl bags for packing secondary battery packs, which can standardize the vinyl bags identically and improve productivity and automate a process for producing the secondary battery packs. CONSTITUTION: The automatic apparatus(30) for forming vinyl bags contains: a support on which a roll of vinyl is mounted detachably; a supply guide roller guiding and supporting vinyl wound on the roll of vinyl; a hot melt welding device(40) for hot melt welding the vinyl moved intermittently; a withdrawal device(50) for straining the vinyl with a fixed length; a cutting device(60) for cutting a lower part of the hot melt welded vinyl; a discharging device(70) for discharging the cut vinyl bags(39) forward; a transfer conveyer for transferring the discharged vinyl bags(39) to a next process.
