PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability and performance by not individually but simultaneously detecting a molecular ion and a pseudo molecular ion, or a multivalent ion which are simultaneously generated in ionization. SOLUTION: When a dehydration ion analysis is inputted and set from an input setting adjuster 14 that it is, for example, in addition to a mass-number of the molecular ion for analysis, the frequencies corresponding to the molecular ion and the dehydration ion are respectively calculated in a notch frequency determining part 131, and a broad band signal except these plural frequencies is generated in a broad band signal data formation part 132. When the broad band signal is applied to end cap electrodes 3, 4 from an auxiliary voltage generating part 12 when or after various kinds of ions are accumulated in the inside of an ion trap 1, only the molecular ion and the dehydration ion remains in the ion trap 1 without resonant vibration.
