<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent call disconnection and realize stable communication by an appropriate transmission power control, even when an error signal caused by the deterioration in communication environment is received. <P>SOLUTION: An adder 203 is designed to add an offset value inputted from an offset unit 202 to the average value of transmission power inputted from an average processing unit 201, and to set an upper limit threshold. A subtracter 204 is designed to subtract the offset value inputted from the offset unit 202 from the average value of transmission power inputted from the average processing unit 201, and to set a lower threshold. A comparater 205 is designed to compare the transmission power value with the upper limit threshold to output the upper limit threshold, if the transmission power value is larger than the upper limit threshold, and to output the transmission power value therethrough, if the transmission power value is equal to or smaller than the upper limit threshold. Similarly, a comparater 206 is designed to compare the transmission power value with the lower limit threshold value, to output the lower limit threshold, if the transmission power value is smaller than the lower limit threshold value, and to output the transmission power value therethrough, if the transmission power value is equal to or larger than the lower limit threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
