<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents protection system capable of protecting a production from illicit use even when the production is uploaded in a storage device server on the Internet and allowing access to the production for its use from various access points or terminal devices with different platforms. <P>SOLUTION: In this contents protection system, contents data and a mail address are received via a network 30, the contents data are encrypted, and to the encrypted contents data, an URL address is allocated to be stored, while the URL address is informed to the mail address.
