<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measured value correcting apparatus which computes a correction value of a measured value easily and precisely, even when it is impossible or complicated to functionalize the correlation between measured values and error factors. <P>SOLUTION: The correcting apparatus 1 for measured values is provided with a measured value arranging means 3 which arranges a plurality of measured values (quantities of displacement) related to an error factor (wall temperature) in the order of value of the error factor, and an index value computing means 4 which sectionalizes values of the error factor at each predetermined value, and computes an average index value for each measured value which belongs to each section as a correction value of each measured value which belongs to each section. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
