PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs by the common use of a circuit board among appa ratuses of different models. SOLUTION: A base substrate 23a comprising bus wiring in common use is mounted with module substrates 25 for each function of an input, a power supply, and an output/communication corresponding to a desired model. Thereby a main CPU of an input module identifies each module substrate, to operate control corresponding to the model. By this, the module substrate 25 is used in common by a plurality of models.
