PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proper steam drum by dispensing with enlarging an end plate and a steam drum and strengthening the end plate when a caliber of a steam supply pipe is enlarged. SOLUTION: The steam drum 1 comprises a steam supply pipe 22 for introducing steam-water mixture 12 generated by heating water 11 in a boiler 60 and a drum substance 2 for introducing the steam-water mixture 12 from the steam supply pipe 22 and separating steam from the steam-water mixture 12. The steam supply pipe 22 is located outside the drum substance 2 and a plurality of branch pipes 21 introduce the steam-water mixture 12 from the steam supply pipe 22 into the drum substance 2.
