The invention relates to a bicycle for urban and rural traffic, for travel and competitions. According to the invention, the bicycle comprises a frame (A) whereto a fork (B) for the front wheel is assembled, the drive being made by some mobile rollers (64) located on a profile (35) correlated with a device (66) for clamping on a distance piece (67) which is screwed onto a rim (61), and a fork (B1) with three arms (2a, 2b and 2c) being provided at the rear wheel, the central arm having a double collar (27), the turning of the wheel being achieved by means of a driving mechanism (F) mounted onto an shaft (40) assembled with a telescopic arm (37) with a pedal (80).
