The invention relates to a control, measuring and monitoring system using transducers, suitable measuring, monitoring and adjusting apparatuses and equipments having the function of eliminating the risk of explosion (implosion) in electrostatic filters. According to the invention, the system comprises two programmable automata (AP1 and AP2) taking over the electric signals from the local transducer elements, processing them according to a specific algorithm for each measuring loop (01, 02, 03 and 04), and accomplishes the control, measuring, monitoring and adjusting functions, according to the stored program input by the operator. When the first programmable automaton (AP1) is in operation, the second automaton (AP2) is in standby mode (warm standby) and acts automatically when the first automaton (AP1) fails. The automatic equipments (AP1 and AP2) maintain their programmed functions unaltered for an undetermined period of time. The failure probability is practically zero.
