PURPOSE: A device for monitoring the outside of a vehicle is provided to enable a driver to easily monitor the outside of the vehicle by mounting a camera instead of a mirror at a vehicle body. CONSTITUTION: A device for monitoring the outside of a vehicle by using a CCTV is composed of cameras, an LCD monitor(1), and a controller for controlling images. The cameras are installed at the front, rear, and sides of the vehicle.
