PURPOSE: A laying-connecting device using a high-tension bolt is provided to install on a structure without damage by pre-laying when assembling reinforcing bars, to secure mobility without perforating additionally by moving freely, to make standardization possible and to use for various purposes. CONSTITUTION: The laying-connecting device using a high-tension bolt contains: a laying clamper(10) provided with a guide retreated groove(16), a fitting hole(18) for interposing a socket washer(20), and a cogged joint(19) for fixing the socket washer(20); a socket washer(20) interposed to the fitting hole(18) to be moved vertically by the guide retreated groove(16) and provided with a bolt head housing groove(22); and upper, lower cover plates(12,12') closing up the upper, lower ends of the laying clamper(10).
