PURPOSE: Assembling structure of a spare tire is provided to replace the spare tire conveniently in an emergency by folding the lever with a user and returning the lever with a spring. CONSTITUTION: A spare tire assembling structure comprises a body(20) vertically installed in the floor of a trunk, a lever(30) fixed in the upper part of the body by a rotating shaft, and a spring(40) connected to the lever and the middle of the body to return the lever with elastic force. For removing a spare tire, the lever is pushed and contacted to the body. The spare tire is separated by lifting up in contacting the lever to the body. The spare tire is replaced conveniently by folding and restoring the lever with the elastic force of the spring in breakage of the tire.
