PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interactive relaying apparatus capable of distributing a live video image matched to the preference of a user.

SOLUTION: The interactive relaying apparatus for distributing a live video image to users via a network includes: at least one individual video image photographing means 20 placed in the vicinity of a photographing object and capable of remotely controlling a photographing state such as an attitude according to an instruction from a particular user having an operation right; a distribution destination control means 51 for specifying the distribution destination of the video image photographed by the individual video image photographing means 20; and a photographer selection means 52 for selectively providing the operation right of the individual video image photographing means 20 to the particular user in response to a request from an optical user.
