<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a consumer more securely browse a pamphlet explaining an article. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus is equipped with an open price information database 61 in which pieces of information 65 and 66 on retail price are recorded corresponding to article identifiers 24 entered into the pamphlet 21, an article identifier gathering part 46 which gathers a selected article identifier among the article identifiers 24 are gathered from a buyer terminal 4, and a market price distribution part 49 which distributes selected retail price information corresponding to the selected article identifier between the pieces of information 65 and 66 on retail price to the buyer terminal 4. The pieces of information 65 and 66 on retail price show the retail price 65 of an article while making it correspond to a retail shop 66. A buyer 12 should browse the pamphlet 21 to gather retail prices from an open price information providing device 3 by using the buyer terminal 4.
