<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a social system matrix for promptly and efficiently securing a subject of a clinical trial in clinical development of a new drug. <P>SOLUTION: A system for extracting patient information and registering the information as a data base from medical treatment fee claiming systems, etc., of a hospital, a clinic and a dispensing pharmacy is established on an Internet web site and an operation for registering a drug for the clinical trial from a medical institution according to a patient's desire before the drug is introduced is performed. A pharmaceutical company which learns a candidate subject for the medical trial by retrieving the site establishes informed consent with a patient via the medical institution and acquires the subject for the medical trial.
