PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus control apparatus capable of preventing unwanted power consumption or generation of noises. SOLUTION: An access destination determining part 101 determines whether accesses are directed to a region 1 or to a region 2. A register 103 for driving the functions of the region 1 and a register 105 for driving function of the region 2 set driving functions of output buffers, when the accesses corresponding to the region 1, 2 respectively occur. For example, when an access to the region 1 occurs, if '1' is set into the register 103, a high level is output to a Buf2 output becomes an enable signal, and the output from a Buf2 becomes enabled. Therefor, driving function of a bus can be changed, in response to areas accessed by a CPU, etc., and the unnecessary power consumption and the generation of noises can be prevented.
