Laser device comprises a first section (1) defining an active wave guide and a second section (6) defining a passive wave guide with a Distributed Bragg Reflector coupled to the first section. The sections are driven by an electric control. The Bragg reflector constitutes a network (10) of which the step varies with the distance it is separated from the first section.
