PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately calculate advertisement effect of distributed advertisement information.

SOLUTION: An advertisement distributing apparatus 1, when distributing advertisement to a communication terminal presenting the advertisement contents to a user by using the distributed advertisement content information, previously stores the advertisement content and area information showing an area where the advertisement contents are distributed or presented in an advertisement information storage part 13 while making them correspond to each other, and distributes advertisement content information corresponding to area information on the area to the communication terminal when a moving body position acquisition part 21 detects the communication terminal position being in the area; and a transmission and reception part 14 receives operation content information of the communication terminal corresponding to the advertisement contents and an advertisement effect decision part 32 calculates the advertisement effect according to the operation contents.
