PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause an adhesive intimate mixture used for a flat cable and the like to exhibit good flame retardancy though halogen-free and high adhesive properties. SOLUTION: In an adhesive layer 2 constituting an adhesive film 3 of the flat cable and the like, a flame-retardant intimate mixture, which comprises 100 pts.wt. of a polyester resin comprising at least a polyester resin having a glass transition temperature of -70 to 90°C and a molecular weight of 5,000-50,000, 80-200 pts.wt. of a nitrogen-containing phosphorous compound containing 5-50 wt.% of phosphorus such as melamine polyphosphate, ammonium polyphosphate and the like, and 0-25 pts.wt. of zinc hydroxystannate, is used.
