PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an ethylenic copolymer composition, capable of affording a film excellent in forming property and also excellent in optical characteristics and/or mechanical strength. SOLUTION: This method for producing the ethylenic copolymer is provided by producing (A) an ethylene/α-olefinic copolymer having specific physical properties by copolymerizing ethylene with a 3-20Cα-olefin in the presence of an olefin polymerization catalyst containing an organic aluminumoxy compound and at least 2 kinds of specific transition metal compounds, also (B) an ethylene/α-olefinic copolymer having specific physical properties by copolymerizing ethylene with a 3-20Cα-olefin in the presence of an olefin polymerization catalyst containing an organic aluminumoxy compound and a transition metal compound and then mixing the copolymers (A) and (B).
