PURPOSE: A clarifying device is provided to clarify the molten glass in a melter effectively only by using a simple structure at a low cost. CONSTITUTION: The clarifying device for a melter is disposed in the melter(30) for forming a molten glass. The clarifying device is characterized by comprising: a projection(31) for lifting the lower layer of the molten glass upwardly, which is disposed in at least a part of the lower surface of the melter(30); and an electrolyzing means(40) disposed at the rear part of the projection(31) to the flow direction of the molten glass. In particular, the electrolyzing means(40) comprises at least one earth bars(41), a power supply(43) and a connection wire(42) for connecting the earth bars(41) with the power supply(43).
