PURPOSE: A remote control system for a booster water feeding apparatus and a method for controlling the same are provided to reduce installation cost of the remove control system by allowing a transmission between a central server and the booster water feeding apparatus without using a separate modem. CONSTITUTION: A remote control system for a booster water feeding apparatus includes a central server(45), a plurality of booster water feeding control sections(41,42,43), and a plurality of pumps(P11-P23). The central server(45) includes a personal computer and is installed in a central control chamber in such a manner that the central server(45) is connected to the booster water feeding control sections(41,42,43) in a row through a local area network. The central server(45) controls the booster water feeding control sections(41,42,43), which control the operation of the pumps(P11-P23). The booster water feeding control sections(41,42,43) includes a control section and an inverter section.
