PURPOSE: A method and a device for outputting the supplies replacement information are provided to automatically offer the information related to the supplies replacement at a time to replace supplies. CONSTITUTION: A replacement state checking part(102) checks a replacement time and a replacement completion state of the supplies. A storing part(105) stores the information related to the supplies replacement. An output processor(106) outputs the information output from a system as a form recognizable to a user by using an output function. A system controller(103) controls the storing part and the output processor in order to output the information related to the supplies replacement through the output processor if a signal requesting the supplies replacement from the replacement state checking part.
