PURPOSE: An engine mounting structure is provided to easily mount an engine by firmly fixing a bolt for fixing an insulator and to reduce assembling time and cut down manufacturing cost by removing a separate support member. CONSTITUTION: An engine mounting structure is composed of an insulator(200) supported to a fixing bracket installed to a frame of a vehicle body and placed with a supporting bracket disposed to the lower of the engine at the upper part; a bolt(100) vertically penetrated and combined in the middle of the insulator and formed with a bolt unit(120) and a sill unit(130) having an outer diameter different with other parts under the bolt unit; and a spacer(300) formed with a through-hole(310) having a nut unit(312) in the middle of the inner periphery, inserted along the bolt unit of the bolt and rotatively fitted into the sill unit.
