<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high repair efficiency line repairing method by curing thermoplastic resin impregnated in a repairing material by heating the repairing material, impregnated with thermoplastic resin, in a state to bring the repairing material into pressure contact with the inner surface of pipe line by running the material around an axis. <P>SOLUTION: A repairing material 24 impregnated with thermoplastic resin containing a pyrolysis radical formation curing agent is wound around an air expandable and shrinkable cylinder drum 12 made of black or transparent rubber, in which a near infrared rays lamp 17 is situated, by running the repairing material around axis. In a repairing spot in a sewage pipe 25, by directly or indirectly heating the repairing material 24 by near infrared rays radiated from the near infrared rays lamp 17 in a state to bring the repairing material 24 into close contact with the inner surface of the sewage pipe 25 by expansion or an increase in a diameter through pressure air in the air expandable and shrinkable cylinder drum 12, the thermoplastic resin impregnated in the repairing material 24 is rapidly cured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
