PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for matching reading/writing speed for CD drive. SOLUTION: The method includes a control flow. When writing is started, it is detected whether a data buffer is empty or not, and the number of times of the occurrence of emptiness of the buffer data become calculated. When the number of times of the emptiness of the buffer data do not reach the set number of times, a system continuously writes data at the highest writing speed. On the contrary, when the count of the times of the empty of the buffer data reaches the set number of times, a writing speed reducing function is conducted to reduce the writing speed to be the succeeding writing speed. Then the control flow is defined as a program. Thus, the program controls a reader/writer, or writing is performed in a control chip first in response to a program form, and the control chip is directly attached to the control circuit of CD drive hardware.
