PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building panel which is available as an interior finishing material, an exterior finishing material, a roofing material, a ceiling material, a floor material, a partition material, a fire door and the like of a building or a structure, and functions to discharge moisture in the building to the outdoors. SOLUTION: The building panel A forms cladding of the building, and has a venting member 6 arranged on a rear surface thereof. The venting member 6 has a communicating space 8 formed therein.
