PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible thermoplastic elastomer composition having excellent recovery properties from strain at a high temperature. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition contains (I) an addition polymerization-based block copolymer comprising a crosslinked block copolymer and/or a hydrogenated product of the crosslinked block copolymer in an amount of 100 pts.wt., (II) polyolefin in an amount of 10-300 pts.wt., and (III) a softening agent for rubber in an amount of 0-300 pts.wt., wherein the crosslinked block copolymer of the addition polymerization-based block copolymer (I) comprises a block copolymer having (A) one or more aromatic vinyl compound-based polymer blocks and (B) one or more conjugated diene compound-based polymer blocks, has functional groups in the polymer blocks (A), and is crosslinked at least in a part of the polymer blocks (A).
