The invention relates to a process for removing the damp from walls and foundations of buildings. According to the invention the process provides carrying out the works in four main steps comprising a plurality of phases, which are repeated during each step. In the first step, a recess is made on the half of the wall thickness, said recess having the height of a single or more rows of bricks and then a flexible hydroinsulating film is inserted. The film will be cut in a rectangular shape allowing the bottom face of the recess and the other three lateral walls to be covered on their height. In the case of thin films, two or more layers of films attached to each other by means of bituminous earth or other adhesive material, will be used, then rebuilding the masonry in the created recess will be rebuilt, using bricks having the same thickness as the extracted bricks, binding them with RIM-type cement mortar and, in succession, during other three similar steps, such recesses will be created alternatively in check configuration onto both faces of the wall touched by damp, overlapping one onto the other the films from various phases.
|
