PURPOSE: Provided is a production of anticancerous functional rice using Aureobasidium pullulans SM-2001(KCCM 10307) producing β-1,3-1,6-glucan which is excellent in immunity increasing activity and anticancer activity. CONSTITUTION: A production of anticancerous functional rice is characterized by the steps of: culturing Aureobasidium pullulans SM-2001(KCCM 10307) producing β-1,3-1,6-glucan; and mixing washed rice with the cultured medium of Aureobasidium pullulans SM-2001(KCCM 10307) or its supernatant, followed by drying. |
