The object of this invention is to provide a high temperature gas reforming cycloincinerator, using reformed water and strongly swirling the inlet air inside the furnace. This incineration furnace includes an internal exhaust tub (90), an external exhaust tub (80), an internal upper tub (60), an external upper tub (50), an internal lower tub (10), and an external lower tub (30). In the furnace, the internal exhaust tub (90) is set in the external exhaust tub (80). The external upper tub (50) receives the internal upper tub (60), and has an upper flange (54) at its upper end for being coupled to the lower flange (84) of the external exhaust tub (80). The external lower tub (30) is coupled to the lower end of the external upper tub (50) at its upper end, while the internal lower tub (10) is received in the external lower tub (30).
