PURPOSE: A furnace system for drawing process of an optical fiber is provided to enhance the reliability of the furnace system by improving a signal transfer process between a main controller and elements. CONSTITUTION: An optical fiber drawing tower(110) has drawing devices in order to draw optical fibers. A furnace system is installed in an inside of the optical fiber drawing tower(110). A main controller(220) is used as a device for controlling a furnace system within the optical fiber drawing tower(110). The main controller(220) provides control signals to a gas controller(230), a remote box(140), a pyrometer(160), and a rectifier(170). The various devices are controlled by the gas controller(230). The gas controller(230) includes a programmable logic controller(280). The gas controller(230) controls the rectifier(170) by using a control module(230). Output data of the rectifier(170) are transmitted to the main controller(220). The control module(230) converts signals of the remote box(140) and the pyrometer(160), and analog data to digital signals. The converted signals are transmitted to the main controller(220).
