PURPOSE: A pressurizing water carrier using an electronic clutch is provided to save power by driving a driven impeller with a driving impeller when flux is increased and by separating the driven impeller when the flux is decreased. CONSTITUTION: A pump driven by an electromotor(16) first rotates a driving impeller(10) to supply flux. When the flux is increased, a pressure switch(19) is operated to supply power to an electronic coil(7), and then an amateur and a clutch rotating plate(3) become electromagnets to be stuck together. At the same time, a driven impeller(9) is rotated to absorb and discharge water through a water channel(20). When the flux is decreased, the pressure switch is opened to stop supplying power and the driven impeller stops rotating by separating from the clutch rotating plate. A backflow caused by the driving impeller occurs from the water channel for sticking a swing disc(13) to a water through hole(14). Thereby, a backflow through the driven impeller is prevented.
