PURPOSE: A method for fabricating selective membrane with high fouling resistance by coating a membrane to be hydrophilic. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of preparing a porous support member, forming polyamide thin film on the porous support member, coating epoxy compounds with at least two epoxys on the polyamide thin film, and forming non-soluble polymer on the support member by causing cross-linking between the polyamide and the epoxy compounds.
