<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure sealing between atmosphere and stock gas, in a base column of a waterless gas holder. <P>SOLUTION: In a sealing device that has a guide plate disposed to be movable along the base column of the waterless gas holder, and keeps an airtight state between the base column and a piston that elevates in the waterless gas holder, a seal unit is arranged on the guide plate. The seal unit comprises: a sliding member in contact with an outer surface of the base column to seal the surface; a case, in which the sliding member is inserted other than a contact part of the sliding member with the base column, and which is detachable from the guide plate; and an elastic member disposed between the sliding member and the case to constantly push the sliding member toward the base column regardless of the degree of abrasion of the sliding member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
